The customer service is terrible; I tried calling many times, but their number is switched off. They do not reply on WhatsApp or email, despite my multiple messages. I bought a medium because I usually wear a large and the item was described as oversized, but the medium is so huge that I wanted to exchange the product; however, their customer service is so bad that they did not help or support me, and there have been no replies.
