Video Proof Requirement

To be eligible for a refund on defective or incorrect items, you must record an unboxing video of the parcel before opening it.
Requests without video proof will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

After your order is delivered, log in to your account and click the “Create Return/Exchange” link on our website.


Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

  • Quality Check: Once we receive your return and complete inspection, your refund will be processed.

  • Defective Items: If the item is faulty, include the unboxing video with your request. Without it, we can’t approve your return.

  • Rejections: Returns will be declined if items are found used, washed, damaged, or altered.


Return Charges & Refunds

  • Shipping and COD charges (original and return) are non-refundable.

  • All approved returns will be refunded as store credit for future purchases on jnorss.in.


Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Limit: Only one size exchange per order is allowed.

  • Fees: A ₹100 reverse shipping fee and any COD charges will be deducted from the refund.

  • Price Difference: If the new item costs more, the balance must be paid via prepaid payment before shipment.


Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
